A funky twist on a classic BLT, made even better with avocado and a light schmear of cream cheese jalapeño jam on our fresh sourdough.*
Hot Pastrami
Layered pastrami on sourdough* with a homemade spread of artichoke, spinach, and parmesan, all toasted to perfection.
Blueberry-Havarti
A special so special it turned into a permanent addition! Smoked turkey, havarti cheese, greens, and blueberry mayo on our house-made sourdough.*
The GOAT
Sourdough* with ham, spring mix, locally-sourced
goat cheese, beer onions, thinly sliced apples,
and raspberry jam (it sounds crazy but trust us).
Hatch Pimento
Sourdough* layered with a heap of our
homemade hatch green chile pimento cheese
(not too spicy; it’s to die for).
Chicken Salad
Fresh baked croissant* piled high with our signature chicken salad featuring sweet grapes, toasted almonds, and a subtle jalapeño kick (it’s dairy & sugar free so
to stick to your Paleo, Whole30, dairy-free, or no-sugar-added life, just ask for it on a bed of lettuce).
Basic Bee
For everyone else (or if the other sandwich ingredients
scare you), this is your sandwich. We layer up smoked
turkey and gouda on our sourdough* accented with a
special schmear, spring mix, and sliced heirloom
tomatoes (basically, it’s delicious).
Flight of the Bee 🐝
This is a sampling of all our faves served as a flight of dips: chicken salad, hatch pimento cheese, and artichoke-spinach-parmesan spread (from the hot pastrami sandwich), with sliced sourdough and kettle chips for dipping. Perfect for someone who loves a little bit of everything!

What is The Hive?
The Hive is the savory arm of Sugar Bee Sweets. Sandwiches are just the best, and since we’re surrounded by sweets all day long, our minds can't help but crave the savory goodness of fresh breads, gourmet cheeses, smoked meats, crisp salads, or a warm bowl of soup. The founder of Sugar Bee Sweets could not be more passionate about this project and we’re excited to bring another fun spot to spend your lunchtime in Downtown Arlington.
